Getting started

Create a sponsor account

Go to vibesnearby.live/sponsor.php and sign up with your company name and email. No approval required.

Submit a campaign

Choose your placement zone, upload your banner image URL, set your click URL, and optionally set start/end dates and a budget.

Wait for review

Campaigns are reviewed by the VibesNearby team within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Track performance

Once live, your dashboard shows real-time impressions, clicks, and CTR for every campaign.

Ad placement zones

  • Homepage Hero — top of the landing page, highest visibility
  • Homepage Mid / Bottom — mid and lower homepage sections
  • Artists Page Top — above the artist directory
  • Event Sidebar — on individual event pages
  • Artist Dashboard Top — seen by every logged-in artist
  • Tip Page — below the tip form (high intent)
  • Global Footer — all pages

Banner specs

  • Leaderboard: 728×90px — homepage hero
  • Rectangle: 300×250px — sidebar placements
  • Full width: 1200×200px — homepage sections
  • Format: JPEG or PNG, hosted on your own server or Imgur
💡 Tip: The Tip Page zone has the highest intent — fans on that page are actively spending money on music. Great for music gear, recording studios, and music-related businesses.
