🔴 Going Live

Post your upcoming shows and go live so fans can find you on the Live page and in your VibéSpace.

Creating an event

Go to Dashboard → 📅 My Events

Click "+ Add Event" to open the create form.

Fill in the details

Event title, date, start/end time, venue or location. Add your livestream URL if you're broadcasting (YouTube Live, Twitch, Facebook Live, or OneStream).

Enable tips and requests

Both are on by default. Leave them on so fans can support you during the show.

Click "Publish Event"

Your event goes live on the site immediately and shows on the upcoming events page.

When the show starts — click "🔴 Go Live"

Your event moves to "Happening Now" on the live page and your artist card shows a LIVE badge. Do this right before you start playing.

After the show — click "⏹ End Live"

Or the cleanup cron will do it automatically 2 hours after your end time.

💡 Tip: Add your YouTube or Twitch stream URL to the event. Fans who can't attend in person can watch the stream inside your VibéSpace and still tip you.

Getting a livestream URL

  • YouTube Live — go to YouTube Studio → Go Live. Copy the watch URL once live.
  • Twitch — your channel URL is twitch.tv/yourusername
  • OneStream — OneStream Live lets you stream to YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and 40+ platforms simultaneously with one click.
