VibesNearby Live is owned and operated by Black Star LIMO, LLC (LIMO Tech — Lead Intelligence and Marketing Optimization), a Connecticut limited liability company. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You agree to use VibesNearby Live lawfully and respectfully. You may not use the platform to distribute spam, harass other users, impersonate artists or staff, upload illegal content, or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these standards without prior notice.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Platform fees are deducted before crediting artist wallets. All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued for tips or song requests under any circumstances. Tips are voluntary gratitude payments — they do not guarantee any specific performance, response, or service from the artist. Song request fees are held in escrow and released when the artist marks the song as performed.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Rescheduled events do not qualify for refunds.
VibesNearby Live and Black Star LIMO, LLC are not responsible for technical failures, stream outages, buffering, connectivity issues, or any degraded viewing experience caused by the artist, the venue, third-party streaming services, or internet infrastructure. Live streaming is subject to inherent technical risk. No refunds or credits will be issued due to stream quality, artist no-shows (unless the event is officially cancelled), technical difficulties on the broadcaster's end, or interruptions outside our control. By purchasing tickets or paying for access to a live event, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, the quality of their performances, and compliance with applicable laws (including tax obligations). Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days of request, subject to a $25.00 minimum balance. Black Star LIMO, LLC reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations.
We operate a three-strike system. Each verified violation of community standards results in a strike. Three strikes result in automatic account suspension. Severe violations (fraud, abuse, illegal content) may result in immediate permanent banning without warning. Banned users forfeit any pending wallet balance. You may appeal a suspension by emailing support@vibesnearby.live within 30 days.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on VibesNearby Live, you grant Black Star LIMO, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on this platform and across the VibesNearby network for the purpose of operating the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Star LIMO, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damages resulting from technical failures of live streams or events. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
